Ethical hacking is done by computer experts who use their programming capabilities to understand the system vulnerabilities.
Hacking is done by any unauthorized person for a system so that all the programs in it are reconfigured or reprogrammed in unethical manner which are not authorized by the administrator of the system. Ethical hacking is performed by an individual who is termed as white hat or skilled expert with computers, who is given permission to use their programming skills which will help them detect any minor vulnerability in the system and help the government in uncovering truth about anyone if they are found to be suspicious.
There are some non ethical hackers or black hat that are not given credentials to do ethical hacking since there is every possibility that they will misuse the given opportunity for any personal reasons and they also do not bother with intimating the illegal issues to the concerned persons. Black hat persons do hacking that is termed as non ethical hacking which does not follow any predetermined rules and regulations set whereas the ethical hacking performed by white hat needs the persons (white hat) to perform actions according to the rules standardized earlier.
Ethical hacking is done to help people to prevent falling in the traps set by black hat members or non ethical hackers, ethical hacking also helps people to adopt ways to secure their system as much as possible without being penetrated by black hat. Though done to provide safety to the systems still ethical hacking will be a type of hacking and will be considered one since it utilizes the computer knowledge to some way crash into the system.
The persons entering these ethical hacking does not need to have proper educational qualifications in computer background, they can simply get into ethical hacking if they are computer savvy there are also chances that the white hats working in ethical hacking were previously black hat or non ethical hackers.
